Once bound by weight of earthly clay,
By karma’s debt I could not sway,
Through trials hidden, loss and pain,
The heart was tempered in the flame.
In silent storms unseen by eyes,
Old burdens fell, old shadows died,
Within each test, a sacred art—
Refining both the flesh and heart.
Body of light, rising within,
Cleansed from the roots of sorrow and sin.
Truthfulness shining, steady and bright,
Compassion warming the coldest night.
Through forbearance the darkness parts—
Dafa transforms both body and heart.
What once was heavy, dense, and slow,
Now flows like rivers soft and slow.
Cells awakened, clear and pure,
Aligned with laws that shall endure.
Not through force, nor mortal will,
But through surrender, calm and still,
The mortal frame begins to change,
As higher realms draw close again.
Karma dissolves like frost at dawn,
As golden currents move along.
Each cell renewed in silent grace,
Reflecting heaven’s ancient trace.
What was human fades away,
What was divine begins to stay.
Not for glory, not for fame,
But to return from where we came.
A purified and tranquil frame,
Aligned with Heaven’s sacred name.
From earthly dust to radiant flame,
The path refines, yet stays the same.
Body of light, serene and strong,
Carried by wisdom all along.
Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance bright—
The pillars of eternal light.
Through Dafa’s grace the soul takes flight,
Ascending realms in body of light.

*** In all of our songs, we hear the words “FA” or “DAFA.” Some people may wonder what these terms mean. Here is a brief explanation (for a more detailed understanding of this topic, we recommend the book "Zhuan Falun", which can also be read online): FA or DAFA: A Chinese Buddhist term, this can be translated as “Great Way,” “Great Law”—the principles of the Universe, which are: Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. ***
