Another disturbing incident has emerged at a school and medical facility in China. On October 29, several vloggers on X received videos from mainland China. The posts said that Kangping County Senior High School in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, conducted PPD skin tests for tuberculosis on October 28. They said needles were reused and large groups of students shared a single needle. One post also said a student with HIV did not disclose the infection until after the others had been injected, leaving parents furious.
