Walking Through the Dust

Each morning brings the rising sun,
Another day has just begun.
The crowded roads, the endless pace,
So many lives, so many faces.

The world is filled with hopes and fears,
With fleeting smiles and hidden tears.
Yet every step, though small it seems,
May lead beyond our earthly dreams.

No distant mountain calls my name,
No hidden path, no search for fame.
Within the ordinary day,
The heart decides which road to take.

A gentle word instead of pride,
Compassion standing as my guide.
In quiet moments, calm and true,
The Fa reveals a clearer view.

Walking through the dust of earth,
Holding fast to what is true.
Truthfulness lights every step,
Compassion shines in all we do.

Through Forbearance, calm and strong,
The heart grows brighter day by day.
Though the world may rush around,
The Fa will always guide the way.

The winds still blow, the seasons change,
The world remains both vast and strange.
Yet trials come not to divide,
But help the heart grow clear inside.

Each burden carried without blame,
Transforms the soul through steady flame.
No moment lived with truth is small;
Each righteous thought uplifts us all.

Not apart from human days,
Not beyond life's winding ways,
But in each choice the spirit makes,
A higher path begins to wake.

The quiet strength no eye can see
Becomes the root of harmony.

Walking through the dust of earth,
Every step a chance to grow.
Truthfulness remains the light,
Compassion helps the spirit flow.

Through Forbearance, firm and bright,
The heart is peaceful, free and strong.
In the ordinary world,
The eternal Way has been here all along.

The dust will rise, the dust will fall,
Yet truth remains beyond it all.
And every step sincerely made
Brings the soul one step toward the Way.
