In today’s video, I’m sharing the various obstacles people in wheelchairs face when going out. For everyday shopping, large malls are usually among the most accessible places. But when I got off the subway, I found that many areas only have escalators leading directly into the mall. So, I had to exit the station, go up to the ground level, and enter through the main door.
