Recently, a video went viral online showing a construction site where debris was flying everywhere like snowflakes. According to the person who filmed it, the incident happened at Salt Lake City in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province. A previously stalled unfinished housing project had just resumed construction. But when a strong gust of wind hit, large amounts of exterior insulation boards on the building suddenly shattered like pieces of paper, creating what some called a “spectacle.”
