On the afternoon of July 6, a massive explosion occurred at the Wanfang Technology Industrial Park ,Xingtai City, Hebei Province. A mushroom cloud rose above the site, and the factory was completely destroyed. Unconfirmed reports online claimed that casualties were heavy, with at least more than 10 people killed. However, related information was quickly blocked by Chinese authorities.
