What can we learn from the Miles Guo case?

Who is Miles Guo? A CCP spy, an anti-CCP movement leader, or a fraudster? Beijing has tried to infiltrate the pro-democracy Chinese community. Of all the methods of infiltration the CCP has attempted in the West, the one that's least noticeable is its influence in the overseas Chinese community, particularly among the anti-CCP enthusiasts or activists. It's also the most difficult for the U.S. to tackle. The U.S. justice department's recent arrest of Miles Guo provides an excellent background to illustrate CCP's tactics.
