The Surprising Good News From Swiss Authorities: No More COVID-19 Vaccinations

As a subscriber to Dr. John Campbell’s popular YouTube channel, I sometimes keep the video playing in the background. On April 11, I heard him say that the Swiss authorities have suspended all COVID-19 vaccinations.

I was both shocked and surprised. Could this really be the case?

As a former scientist who worked at one of the largest vaccine companies in the world for more than 10 years to develop vaccines for HIV, cancer, pneumonia, and the original SARS in 2003, I’ve keenly kept abreast of the latest news on COVID vaccines for the last three years.

Upon hearing Dr. Campbell’s words, I thought: Are the authorities finally starting to see that the emperor is wearing no clothes? Are they finally admitting that the COVID jabs do more harm than good at this stage and are no longer needed?

Sounding the Alarm

For almost a year now, Dr. Jennifer Margulis and I have been writing about the COVID vaccines and pointing out that the risks/benefits have shifted dramatically since Omicron became the dominant SARS-CoV-2 variant. We have been urging health authorities to re-evaluate their COVID vaccination policies. We sometimes used rather strong language when we found evidence in the scientific literature describing harms of the shots to children, trying to sound the alarm. For example, an article we wrote in June 2022 was titled, “Doctors: COVID Vaccinations for Children Is Criminal, Must Stop.”

Our weekly articles questioned the science behind the official recommendations to vaccinate and boost everyone, regardless of age and risk categories.

Dr. Margulis is an award-winning writer and excellent communicator, and I have a Ph.D. in molecular biology with a decade of vaccine research experience under my belt. We were able to identify the latest in SARS-CoV-2 scientific research, and quickly turned it into common language easy for readers to understand.

Looking back, our view of the COVID-19 vaccines has evolved from anticipating the arrival of this magic invention with the promise of getting humanity out of the pandemic, to questioning the efficacy of the vaccines given that they did not stop the spread of the virus, to dismay upon seeing so many reports of vaccine injuries, and finally to realizing that the jabs are neither safe nor effective but the authorities nevertheless keep pushing for more vaccination and boosting.

Readers appreciated our work. For example, an article we wrote in September 2022 describing a scientific report that the “cure” (the vaccine and its side effects) is up to 98 times worse than the disease (COVID-19) itself, was read by more than 1 million people and shared 24,550 times.

However, the authorities have continued to ignore the facts and pressed on with vaccine mandates and booster recommendations, despite research showing the contrary.

The CDC’s official position on COVID vaccines is still “COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective, and free” and “recommends everyone stay up to date with vaccinations for their age group,” from age six months and older.

The WHO’s official position on COVID-19 vaccine, meanwhile, is still “Get vaccinated when a vaccine is available to you,” without providing any risk-benefit analysis.

Lately, however, there have been some heartening changes.

In February, England ended COVID-19 boosters for those under 50, and Denmark’s booster offer, which was only for people over 50, expired on March 1, without any renewal announcement.

The ‘Safe and Effective’ Refrain

When Dr. Fauci said publicly in November 2021 that he represents science, and labeled people criticizing him as dangerous, the official narrative was set: COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. Anybody who dares to challenge this narrative is deemed anti-science.

The FDA licensed Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine in August 2020, promising “full transparency.” When a group of scientist sued the FDA to force release of the documents related to the license application in November 2021, the FDA asked a federal judge for permission to have up to 75 years to publicly disclose the information. 75 years!

Since October 2020, the authorities (WHO, FDA, CDC, etc.) have been telling us that the COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective,” yet they wanted to keep the data showing why they are safe and effective from us for 75 years.

People (myself included) initially wanted to give the authorities the benefit of the doubt, that their intentions were good and they might have the data, just not enough time to communicate with the general public. But did they have the data?

While the authorities hid crucial information from us, at the same time, they busied themselves imposing lockdowns and vaccine mandates. They even changed the definition of “vaccine” to hide the fact that the COVID-19 jabs are neither safe nor effective. The whole thing started looking like how the Chinese Communist Party dealt with the pandemic—i.e., ignoring the facts and pushing forward with its favored narratives to serve the regime’s political goals.

Just like the wise men in Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” all members in the medical community have to qualify their work by first saying the vaccines are “safe and effective,” then they can say what their new discovery is.

Even the Swiss announcement had to include the “safe and effective” language. In the FAQ section under “What side effects can occur after vaccination?” the answer states: “The vaccines administered in Switzerland are safe and effective. As is the case with all medications, vaccines can cause side effects.”

However, the official website of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health does start with this unambiguous and pleasantly factual message:

“In principle, no COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for spring/summer 2023. Nearly everyone in Switzerland has been vaccinated and/or contracted and recovered from COVID-19. Their immune system has therefore been exposed to the coronavirus. In spring/summer 2023, the virus will likely circulate less. The current virus variants also cause rather mild illness.”

And the government is not going to pay for it if people want to get the vaccine anyway, stating, “People who want to get vaccinated without a recommendation (e.g. for a trip) can get the vaccination but have to pay for it themselves.”

At the end of Andersen’s folktale, he wrote: “‘But the Emperor has nothing at all on!’ said a little child. ‘Listen to the voice of the child!’ exclaimed his father. What the child had said was whispered from one to another. ‘But he has nothing at all on!’ at last cried out all the people.”

If the Swiss authorities have started to speak the truth, will other authorities in other countries follow suit?

The fact is that the emperor really didn’t have anything on, and the COVID vaccines are not safe and effective, just as shown in Oracle Films’ documentary “Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion.”

The sooner we admit the facts, the less people will suffer from the side effects of the shots. More importantly, we should learn from this and demand a truly safe and effective vaccine for when humanity faces the next pandemic.
