On January 16th, the Japanese budget-friendly clothing brand Uniqlo took legal action against the Chinese fast-fashion brand SHEIN. Uniqlo has accused SHEIN of potentially copying their popular "Round Mini Shoulder Bag," with their own product called the “Crescent Moon Shaped Bag”. Uniqlo is demanding that SHEIN immediately stop selling the product and provide compensation for any related losses.
