Is the Chinese leader building a new capital city for good fengshui?

Chinese communist leaders have declared themselves atheists, but they are very superstitious. There is no exception from Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Jiang Zemin to now Xi Jinping. They sought out Buddhist and Daoist masters to tell their fortunes and deployed national resources to ensure good Fengshui. Xiong’an is the new Chinese capital city Xi Jinping built. Is it for the good fengshui the CCP needs to prevent the regime from falling?
