Is China going to be locked down again for the flu? Or is it COVID or something else?

Chinese people had not heard about influenza for three years until recently when schools are suspended and fever clinics are overflowing with patients again. State media tell people it’s the flu but people are questioning if it’s still COVID. Yesterday, Xi’an local government announced new measures to implement the same draconian public health measures used during “zero COVID.” So will China be locked down again due to COVID, flu, or something else?
