After disappearing for two weeks, Chinese leader Xi Jinping reemerged to meet with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and speak with Donald Trump by phone. It’s suspected that Lukashenko was sent to China by Putin to help Xi stabilize his grip on power and rally support. Meanwhile, Trump wants to visit China to find out who is really in charge in Beijing.
