On January 2, a monorail train’s wheel on Thailand's Yellow Line detached, slamming into a moving taxi. According to the video, the taxi's headlights and engine hood suffered fractures and deformation. The dislodged wheel from the train appeared big, and if it had hit the windshield, the consequences could have been severe. Fortunately, the wheel's trajectory did not cause greater destruction, and no injuries were reported.
