Malaysian media reported that on September 23 and 24, officers from the Johor Immigration Department arrested four Chinese nationals during a crackdown in the Sanyeh Business District. The operation followed a three-week investigation. The four individuals, aged between 36 and 67, were suspected of using begging as a way to earn money. All of them were found to have disabilities.
