China’s global police stations: War preparation and wartime strategy in the Taiwan Strait？

Safeguard Defenders, a Spanish NGO dedicated to human rights in Asia, recently identified 54 "Chinese global police centers" across five continents. And the world is shocked to discover that Chinese police stations are carrying out operations on foreign soil. However, this is not the only goal Beijing authorities have. I think the global police centers have revealed China's hidden agenda in the Taiwan Strait. And it might be related to China's war preparation and wartime strategy if a Taiwan-China war breaks out.
