Chinese counterfeit methods have once again stretched the boundaries of our imagination. Recently, in Jinshitan, Dalian, Liaoning Province, a vendor was discovered by undercover inspectors to be selling pork under the guise of donkey meat. In the video, a donkey lower leg with hair and hooves can be seen, with large chunks of meat attached below. Upon peeling off the meat with a small knife, the inspectors discovered that this so-called donkey meat had actually undergone bone graft surgery.
